The accessibility of the Internet has facilitated introduction of the bad credit auto loan. Prospective car buyers with bad credit can go online, in order to find an investor who is willing to offer a bad credit auto loan. That was not always the case.

Not long ago a potential car buyer, a buyer with bad credit, had a real problem. He or she did not have ready access to information about investors who might provide him or her with a car loan. Still, many of those aspiring car buyers did obtain a car. How did they get hold of that car?
